The cancellation rule from different channels are different:
1. Manually order (walk-in guest, agreement customer)
A. if guest has not checked-in yet, click order’s detail, then you can modify the check-out date.
B. if guest has checked-in already, you can check-out when the guest decides to leave the hotel. Then the system will only count the data which has done night audit.
2. Direct connection from online order (Ctrip, official website, booking) – no need to manually input order in system
A. if guest has not checked-in yet, guest need to modify the order from online via online order or service hotline (Ctrip, official website, booking).
(in order to keep room state accurately and increase hotel’s revenue, all the online orders need to be modified by online channel.
B. if guest has checked-in already, you can check-out when the guest decides to leave the hotel. Then the system will only count the data which has done night audit.
