1. Check if the hotel has the AR account related to this agreement customer. If not, please contact the local group sales to confirm whether the guest meets the AR account qualification. If satisfied, you can contact the sales team to add AR accounts for the guest;
2. Check if the AR account is enabled. If it is disabled, please contact the local group sales team to modify.
Check if the AR account has sufficient balance. If not, please contact the financial department or group sales team to recharge and closure.
