There are 3 kinds of agreement customer: Online OTA, Corporate, sales

²  Online OTAs are preset by system, hotel doesn’t need to do anything;

²  Corporate sales are created by corporate. If you cannot find agreement customer, please contact with local sales.

2       How to create agreement customer?

(1)     set up salesperson

Configuration → EPMS setting → Hotel setting → Staff

(2)     set up agreement customer

CRM → AR customer → + Agreement Customer

(3)     set up AR account for agreement customer

AC → AR report → + New AR account, More detail please click here

(4)     make an order for agreement customer

EPMS → Reception → New order
