The automatically night audit is 4am at local time. After this time, system will start to running report. This process may need some time. Therefore, night audit will complete at 7am at the latest.

If guest check-out at 4am – 7am, system will remind the bill is not balance. Because the night audit has not finish yet. Therefore, hotel should check out for guest offline, after night audit done and room charge will shown on the bill. Then you can check out for guest on PMS.
