2. 哪些门店需要进行价格标准化的切换?Which hotels need to switch to price standardization?
2020年1月8日前建店的门店,需要将原来的价格计划切换到标准的价格计划,会有专门的商户运营和产品运营联系门店进行切换;
For the hotels which build PMS before 8th January 2020, the original price plan needs to be switched to the sandardization of price plan;
2020年1月8日后建店的门店,自动执行标准的价格计划,无需切换;
For the hotels which build PMS after 8th January 2020, system will automatically execute standardization of price plan. Hotel side doesnt need to manually switch. to standardization.
3. 2020年1月8日前建店的门店,如何进行房价标准化切换?How to switch to price standardization?
商户运营同学会联系门店,开启切换开关后,门店按如下流程操作

4. 价格标准化切换后,房价计划相比之前有何区别?What's the difference of the rate plan after switch to price standardization?
a. 系统新增【定价计划】字段,同时下发5类定价计划:门市价、门店OTA价、门店协议价、员工、业主;
Adding [price plan] field, system will issue5 price plan for hotel: retail price, OTA price, agreement price, employee and owner;
b. 标准房价计划必须调用系统内置的【定价计划】,且不同类型的定价计划有折扣限制(系统内置);
Rate plan need to use those price plans, and there are discount limitations for different types of pricing plans;
c. 1月8日后,新建的门店系统会预置4个【房价计划】:门市价(不含早)、门市价(含单早)、门市价(含双早)、免费;
There 4 preset rate plans in system after 8th January 2020: Retail Price(RO),Retail Price(1pax), Retail Price(2pax), Free
d. 新增房价计划时需要选择早餐份数,早餐价格不参与折扣;如门店不能提供早餐,则不能新增含早的房价计划;
When adding a new rate plan, hotel needs to choose breakfasts quantity. The breakfast price does not participate in discounts. If breakfast is not available in the hotel, you cannot add rate plan with any breakfast.
e. 所有历史的【房价计划】数据需切换到标准房价计划(即调用系统内置的【定价计划】)
All historical rate plans need to switch to standard rate plan which are using {price plan}.
5. 如何理解“新增房价计划时需要选择早餐份数,早餐价格不参与折扣” what means of "When adding a new rate plan, hotel needs to choose breakfasts quantity. The breakfast price does not participate in discounts."
后续官网会切换到GDS,即系统调取GDS的报价和库存,自动生成官网价格,不再需要门店在CM里面进项手动直连。
The OWS will move to GDS(system will use price and inventory in GDS to generate ows price. Hotel doesnt need to manually mapping in CM any more )
在完成切换后,会员价格只对房费部分进行折扣,早餐价格不参与。
After hotel complete price standardization, OWS member price will only discounted on the room rate, The breakfast price does not participate in discounts.
即,会员价格=门市价(不含早)×会员折扣 + 早餐份数×单价
OWS member price=retail price(RO) × OWS discount + breakfast qty × unit price

某门店大床房门市价(不含早)100,早餐10元一份,则对应的会员价格如下:

6. 针对多渠道设置房价计划,集团建议只需建立两套标准价格计划即可 For multiple channels, the group recommends that hotel only needs to create two rate plans.
主渠道房价计划9.5折(和主渠道没有竞争的渠道,比如携程、民宿渠道等);
Main price plan : 5% off (channels that do not compete with main channels, such as Ctrip, B & B channels, etc.)
辅渠道房价计划(95%-200%,比如和携程有竞争的渠道,booking等);
Minor price plan : 5% off - 200% (channels that will compete with main channels, such as Booking.com, etc.)
7. 价格标准化之后,如何修改房价?How to modify price after switch to price standardization?
价格标准化执行后,门店仅能修改基础价,其他的价格计划和直连的渠道价格根据定价公式自动联动调整
After the standardization of prices, hotels can only modify the base price. Rate plans and the prices of directly connected channels are automatically adjusted according to the pricing formula.
a. 所有房价计划都基于基础价联动,后续没有手动调价模式,系统配置-EPMS设置-房价设置-房价调整页面,所有的房价计划均不可单独调价;
All rate plans are based on the linkage of base prices, and there is no manual price adjustment model in the future. The system configuration-EPMS settings-room price-adjust price page, all rate plans cannot be adjusted separately;
b. 前台管理-CM-渠道直连管理-直连房价设置处的渠道产品价格不再支持单独修改;
EPMS - CM - Channel - revise price page, all product price can not be adjusted separately.
8. 标准房价计划包含早餐字段,那早餐信息在哪里维护呢?where does hotel modify breakfast informaiton?
门店是否提供早餐需在“XPMS系统—系统配置—售卖信息—门店政策—早餐政策”维护;
Whether to provide breakfast:Configuration - sales information - hotel policy;
早餐价格需在“XPMS系统—系统配置—财务设置—包价配置”维护;
Breakfast unit price: Configuration - EPMS setting - Finacial - package setup;
如果门店提供早餐,请务必在包价配置处维护早餐价格,否则在官网切换到GDS之后,官网展示的含早价和不含早价的价格相同。
Please be sure to maintain the breakfast price at the package setup if hotel offers breakfast. Otherwise the selling price for "room only" and with breakfast displayed on the OWS will be same after the official website switches to GDS.
9. CM里面进行房型匹配时,还可以再设置调价公式和早餐份数吗?If hotel still can adjust pricing rules and breakfast quantity in CM page?
不可以 NO
早餐份数会同步标准房价计划里面的早餐份数,所以请结合渠道产品的早餐份数选择正确的房价计划;
Breakfast quantity will be synchronized from the rate plan, so please make sure all rate plan has correct quantity of breakfast;
调价模式系统固定为自动调价,且完全等于调用房价计划,不可以在CM里面设置额外的调价公式;
The price adjustment mode is automatic price adjustment, which is completely equivalent to rate plan. No additional price adjustment formula can be set in the CM;
